I agree, They are looking for the dealer to SHOW them what kind of experiences they are creating!  If you create that unforgettable experience for the customers and share THAT, other people that are searching for that same experience will flock to that.  You must be the creator.  Delivering exceptional customer pampering and care.  And lets be honest that is exactly what every customer wants, to be respected and cared for by the dealership they are entrusting their automotive experience to~ I love what I do!
