We sat down with Len Short, CEO/Founder of LotLinx, to see what his thoughts were on AI in the auto industry. He believes that dealers hang back to see what works and then jump on the bandwagon. AI has the ability to feed off of the largest dataset in the world, the internet. It's a tried and true process that will enable stores to cut costs by making better decisions based on data.
